ServLogi Inc. is the accredited infrastructure business inside Manchester Reid, a privately held group in San Francisco. The companies below share ownership, a compliance office, and a security operations center. Each one holds its own contracts, its own staff, and its own scope of work.
How the group is put together
Manchester Reid holds every company on this page. The split is deliberate: contract obligations, export-controlled design work, commercial hosting, and real property each sit in their own legal entity, so a change in one does not reach into the accredited platform.
A privately held group formed in 2017. Manchester Reid does not sell services of its own. It sets capital allocation and governance across the operating companies, appoints their boards, and licenses the ServLogi name to the entities that carry it. ServLogi Inc. is its largest business by revenue and the only one holding a federal authorization.
The companies that carry federal work
Four entities touch government programs directly. Between them they operate the platform, hold the contracts, design the hardware it will run on next decade, and control what hardware gets through the door in the first place.
The fabless design entity behind the silicon program: a hardware root of trust in 2027 and a processor by 2030, designed against traces from our own fleet. Design data is export controlled, which is why the program sits in a separate entity with its own access boundary.

The companies that build on top of it
Three businesses deliver work that runs on group infrastructure: the front ends agencies put in front of the public, the model hosting their data teams ask for, and the commercial hosting brand that predates both.
The group's consumer and small-business hosting brand, running on group hardware outside the accredited federal boundary. It is 5% of revenue and closed to new accounts: that inventory has been committed to government programs. Existing customers keep their service under current terms.

The companies that fund and hold the physical plant
Data centers are a capital business before they are a software one. Two entities carry the money and the property, which is what lets the platform sign multi-year commitments without repricing them every time hardware costs move.
What the authorizations actually cover
Assessors care about this more than anything else on the page, so it is worth being blunt about it. A shared owner is not a shared authorization.
One entity is authorized. FedRAMP High, DoD SRG IL5 and IL6, and the SOC 2 Type II report apply to the ServLogi Inc. platform boundary. No sister company is separately authorized, and none inherits an authorization by virtue of common ownership.
Work delivered inside the boundary inherits the baseline
When ServLogi Web Agency or NorthWood AI deliver onto ServLogi infrastructure, the resulting workload sits inside the authorized boundary and inherits the control set. The company that built it does not become authorized itself.
Commercial hosting sits outside it
Simpurly runs on separate hardware behind a separate network boundary and carries no federal data. It is excluded from the ServLogi system security plan and does not appear in the authorization boundary diagram.
Cleared work runs through one entity
Personnel security, facility clearances, and export-controlled handling are administered by ServLogi Federal LLC. Silicon design data is held by ServLogi Silicon LLC under its own access controls.
Evidence is produced per entity
The compliance office is shared, but audit evidence, access reviews, and control testing are collected and reported against each entity separately. Nothing is aggregated across the group to fill a gap.
Subcontracting is disclosed
Where one group company performs work under another's contract, that relationship is disclosed in the contract file the same way a third-party subcontractor would be. Common ownership does not remove the disclosure.
Ask for the diagram
The current authorization boundary diagram, the system security plan, and the entity list that goes with them are available to verified agencies and cleared contractors under a mutual non-disclosure agreement.
Ownership and oversight
Every company on this page is wholly owned by Manchester Reid, which is itself privately held and has taken no outside investment. Controlling voting interest sits with the parent's two founding principals, who direct it. Independent directors with backgrounds in federal acquisition and national security policy hold seats on the ServLogi Inc. board and review the group's federal work.
