The team operating the boundary.
ServLogi runs as an operating company under Manchester Reid, directed by its officers and vice presidents rather than a standalone chief executive. Most came out of the agencies, assessors, and primes they now serve.
Corporate officers
Three officers hold statutory responsibility for the platform, the control baseline, and security operations, reporting directly to the board.
Former principal engineer on a federal cloud accreditation program. Leads platform engineering, including the enclave and silicon programs.
Spent nine years as a FedRAMP assessor before moving to industry. Owns the control baseline and the relationship with every authorizing official.
Built and ran the SOC for a national financial exchange. Owns security operations, incident response, and the active telemetry program.
Functional leadership
Day-to-day operation of the business sits with six vice presidents, each owning a named function end to end.
Ran data center operations for a national telecom carrier. Owns the twelve facilities, capacity planning, and the allocation calendar.
Twelve years building bare-metal provisioning systems. Owns the enclave platform, the Client Portal, and the provisioning pipeline.
Two decades in federal IT procurement, on both the agency and contractor sides. Leads the team that scopes and delivers government engagements.
Came up through incident response at a federal systems integrator. Runs the 24/7 SOC and the deception network program.
Built the federal channel organization at a managed services firm. Owns the integrator, prime, and MSP partner tracks.
Federal contracts background across FAR and DFARS vehicles. Owns pricing, contract administration, and the multi-year commitment book.
Oversight and governance
ServLogi is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manchester Reid. Controlling voting interest on the board is held by Manchester Reid's two founding principals, who also direct the parent company. Two independent directors with backgrounds in federal acquisition and national security policy hold the remaining seats.
Take the next step
The people above set the direction. These are the two most useful things to do with that.
