This site is provided to inform prospective and current customers about ServLogi's offerings, infrastructure, and compliance posture. Content, specifications, and pricing estimates are illustrative and subject to change without notice; a binding quote is issued only after an operations consult.
Account & engagement responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through briefing, consult, and deployment forms, and for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued for the Client Portal.

Service availability & SLA
Uptime and latency figures referenced on this site describe the sovereign infrastructure layer under normal operating conditions. Contractual SLA terms, credits, and exclusions are defined in the applicable customer agreement.
Limitation of liability
ServLogi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability related to provisioned services is governed exclusively by the applicable customer agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless superseded by a specific federal contract vehicle.
