ServLogi today confirmed that its 2026 hosting capacity is fully committed, with no remaining in-year inventory available for new deployments. The majority of that capacity sits under multi-year government agreements with terms running through 2029.
Government cloud now accounts for 89% of company revenue. Consumer cloud, which represents 5%, remains closed to new accounts, a position the company first took in 2025. Existing consumer customers are unaffected and continue to be supported under their current terms.
Federal agencies, direct government clients, and cleared federal contractors are still being onboarded. Those engagements are scoped against 2027 through 2029 allocations rather than in-year capacity, and are sized during a briefing rather than quoted from a rate card.
The company attributes the position to a deliberate choice not to oversubscribe. Because every ServLogi customer runs on dedicated single-tenant hardware rather than a share of a common host, capacity cannot be stretched by increasing tenant density on existing machines. Committed capacity is physically reserved.
We would rather tell a customer honestly that the current year is spoken for than sell them into contention. Dedicated means dedicated. When we say a rack is theirs, it is not quietly carrying someone else's workload as well.
Priya Weston, Vice President, Federal and Government Programs, ServLogi
Capacity posture is published and updated on the ServLogi availability page. Organizations evaluating a 2027 or later deployment can request a briefing through the company's federal intake channel.
About ServLogi
ServLogi operates dedicated, single-tenant cloud infrastructure for United States federal agencies, cleared defense contractors, and regulated enterprise. The platform carries a FedRAMP High baseline along with DoD SRG IL5 and IL6, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, CMMC 2.0 Level 3, SOC 2 Type II, and ten further accreditations, so customers inherit an assessed hosting boundary rather than building one. ServLogi runs twelve United States facilities and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manchester Reid, San Francisco, California.
