Company description
ServLogi understands how critical sectors secure, manage, and deploy data. We work to deliver sovereign infrastructure that supports the high-assurance missions of today and the secure operations of tomorrow. Built on defense-in-depth security and zero-trust architecture, our environments serve as a resilient backbone for the defense, government, and enterprise systems that shape our digital world.
ServLogi meets clients at the intersection of measured reliability and mission readiness, so they can move quickly without carrying avoidable downtime risk. We do that through a senior engineering culture and a portfolio of bare-metal and dedicated server products built for sustained performance, operational discipline, and layered security, backed by a 99.99% uptime SLA with service credits.
ServLogi operates dedicated data center capacity built to rigorous compliance standards, including FedRAMP High, NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5, DoD SRG IL5 and IL6, SOC 2 Type II, and CMMC 2.0 Level 3. Our facilities are designed around layered physical and digital controls so regulated workloads and critical supply chains keep dependable access to the sovereign compute they rely on.
Job description
Most of ServLogi's committed capacity sits under government agreements, and the terms in those agreements reach further than a typical commercial contract, into flow-down obligations that touch our supply chain and our own subcontractors. Corporate Counsel provides the legal review that keeps those obligations tracked and met.
This role works closely with the Federal Contracts Manager on vehicle strategy and with compliance engineering on terms that touch the accredited boundary.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate federal contract vehicles, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
- Advise on flow-down obligations, including ITAR, EAR, and CMMC requirements reaching the supply chain.
- Support proposal legal review, including terms and compliance representations.
- Advise on data handling, liability, and service level terms in customer agreements.
- Work with compliance and security teams on legal questions touching the accredited boundary.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor and active state bar membership.
- Five or more years in a corporate legal role with government contracts experience.
- Working knowledge of the FAR, DFARS, and flow-down obligations in a cleared supply chain.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Active or interim United States government security clearance, or eligibility to obtain one.
Preferred qualifications
- In-house experience at a company holding a FedRAMP or DoD SRG authorization.
- Familiarity with export control regimes including ITAR and EAR.
- Experience supporting proposal legal review under time pressure.
Compensation
The posted range for this role is $190,000 to $260,000 per year. Where an offer lands inside that range depends on several factors, including but not limited to:
- Relevant education, qualifications, active security clearances, and experience
- Specialized skills, abilities, and job-specific knowledge
- Performance, contribution, and delivered results
- Geographic location and required on-site facility presence
- Shift, schedule, or on-call rotation requirements
- Internal and external market equity
- Evolving business and organizational needs
The range listed reflects what we believe to be the likely compensation band for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may fall above or below it. This range applies to work performed in California, Colorado, New York, and Virginia, and to remote roles that can be performed from those states. The range may be revised in the future.
Pay transparency documentation is available on request from [email protected].
Incentive programs
You will be eligible to participate in ServLogi's Short-Term Incentive plan, which awards against both company-wide operational stability and individual performance.
Depending on role and impact, you may also be eligible for our Long-Term Incentive program, which may include restricted stock units or cash equivalents. Eligibility varies by role and by plan terms. Equity awards are also available to eligible new hires so the team shares in the long-term performance of the infrastructure it builds.
Benefits
So the team stays sharp, healthy, and focused, we offer:
- Paid vacation and paid sick leave
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Life, accident, and disability insurance
- Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts
- Employee Assistance Program
- Supplemental voluntary benefits, including legal plan, pet insurance, critical illness, accident, and hospital indemnity cover
- Tuition and certification reimbursement, including CISSP, CCSP, and FedRAMP assessor training
- Transit and commuting benefits
- Recognition through the ServLogi Star Program
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
- ServLogi Savings 401(k) Plan with company match
